Thank you for shopping at thelordxstore. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and are fulfilled directly from our suppliers and warehouses. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and once shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number; please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update. Estimated delivery times are approximately 5–12 business days within the United States, 7–15 business days for Canada, and 7–20 business days for international orders, though these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated, and we may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Because we ship from multiple supplier warehouses, items within the same order may arrive separately. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related issues beyond our control. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses; if you notice an error, please contact us immediately at thelordxstore@gmail.com. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues where possible. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
